KU players discuss making it to NCAA tournament

Posted

It's less than 24 hours before the Kansas Jayhawks take the floor in the Opening Round game against 16-seed Austin Peay.

There are certainly many times when fans (and media for that matter) only focus on the what the team is doing on the court. However, there is another element to the Jayhawks off the court. Junior guard Wayne Selden Jr. and senior forward Jamari Traylor discussed what being in this moment meant for them personally.

Foreign-born players Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk and Cheick Diallo talked about getting to the United States of America and their journey from Ukraine and Mali respectively to become members of the Kansas Jayhawks family.
