A report this morning says the Kansas City Chiefs will sign quarterback Nick Foles.
Coach Andy Reid selected Foles in the third round of the NFL draft back in 2012 with Philadelphia. Foles also used to play for the Rams.
The Chiefs now have five quarterbacks on the team.
41 Action News sports reporter Frank Boal tweeted out some of his thoughts when he heard the news.
Chiefs will have to cut some salary..going into today they had the least amount under the cap..Reid wasnt confident without a vet back-up.

Dont know know who KC will cut (or trade)..obviously none of them instilled enough confidence in Reid to make them a back-up..flip a coin..

If Bray hasn't made a big enough impression by now..forget about it..

Doesnt matter to me who they dump at qb..If Smith goes down...Foles steps in..no one else will see any action..
