The Kansas Jayhawks advance to the Sweet 16 after knocking off UConn 73-61 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Junior Guard Wayne Selden Jr. led the team with 22 points, including an emphatic alley-oop slam towards the end of the game. Senior Forward Perry Ellis had another solid effort with 21 points, eight rebounds.
But, probably the most impressive part of the game was the way the KU defended the ball at the rim. The team had seven total blocks on the night. Junior Forward Landon Lucas and Senior Forward Jamari Traylor combined for six of them.
The players were certainly excited to earn a win and continue moving on. Watch the video above for their reaction in the locker room.
