KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Lee's Summit man pleaded guilty and was fined $500 for pointing a laser on the field during the NFL AFC Championship game at Arrowhead Stadium.

Dwyan Morgan, 64, pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor disturbing the peace, according to records. He will not serve any jail time.

Video shot by 41 Action News appeared to show a green laser pointed toward New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady during the Jan. 20 game, which the Kansas City Chiefs lost 37-31 in overtime.

Laser pointers are banned at NFL games. In February, the Chiefs said the individual was banned from future events at Arrowhead Stadium.
