KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Professional oddsmakers continue to salivate over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Caesars Casino and Sportsbook released its 2020 NFL MVP odds this week and a familiar face sits atop the lists. Chiefs quarterback and 2018 league MVP Patrick Mahomes is a 4-to-1 favorite to win the award for the second time in three seasons.
Reigning league MVP Lamar Jackson, who plays quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, is a 13-to-2 favorite to retain the title as NFL MVP.

All of the top-six favorites to win the award — including the Cowboys' Dak Prescott (9/1) and the Seahawks' Russell Wilson (12/1) along with the Buccaneers' Tom Brady and the Cardinals' Kyler Murray, who both have 16-to-1 odds — are quarterbacks.
But even Mahomes might consider the team's odds to repeat as Super Bowl champions more impressive.
Caesars also lists the Chiefs as 4-to-1 favorites once again hoist the Lombardi Trophy in February 2021.
The Ravens (7/1) and 49ers (8/1) have the next best odds.
