KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Eli Drinkwitz’s first SEC regular season ends with thud.
Missouri (5-5) saved a truly underwhelming performance for last, turning the ball over three times Saturday in Starkville.
Mississippi State (3-7) quarterback Will Rogers gave the Tigers fits for most of the afternoon, tagging the defense for 295 yards and three scores en route to a 51-32 win.

Mike Leach’s crew had an uncharacteristically strong day running the football too, churning out a season-high 122 yards.
In the final three games to close the year, Missouri allowed 48, 49 and 51 points, respectively.
