41 Action News sports reporter Ryan Marshall had a chance to talk with Kevin Harvick. Harvick is largely considered one of the best NASCAR Sprint Cup drivers on the circuit.
He’s currently 2nd in the Chase for Sprint Cup standings and is trying to advance to the Round of 8 and get one step closer to winning his second championship. He won his first one in 2014.
He talks about everything: from being able to balance his work life and family time, to a strategy for winning his next championship. This week, the Sprint Cup schedule is at the Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Bank of America 500 this Saturday night.
The series will then make it's way to the Kansas Speedway for the Hollywood Casino 400 just under two weeks from now on Sunday, October 16 at 1:15 p.m. It's the 5th race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup. The Hollywood Casino 400 will be nationally broadcasted on NBC and you can watch the race on 41 Action News.
