Two people are dead after a one-car crash on 33rd and Prospect Avenue.
Police said a white vehicle was traveling south on Prospect at a high rate of speed. The vehicle lost control, left the roadway and struck a large tree on the right side of the vehicle.
The two right-side passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found the driver walking away from the scene. He was taken into custody and to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating impairment as a potential cause.
Officers said none of the people in the car were wearing seatbelts.
