a line extending from near Rich Hill to 11 miles west of Schell City
to near Walker. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
