One man is dead after he was hit and killed by a vehicle following an argument with his estranged wife in Kansas City, Missouri.
According to police, the couple were in the same car before the man got out and laid down in the middle of the road near Sni-a-Bar Road and Blue Ridge Cutoff. He was then fatally struck by a vehicle.
Officials say the accident happened shortly after midnight Wednesday morning.
One other person was also injured and it's unclear what their health condition is at this time.
Blue Ridge Cutoff was shut down for the Accident Investigation Unit to look into what happened.
