Dale Willis appeared before a Johnson County judge through video on Monday afternoon for allegedly killing a man outside of The Roxy night club in Overland Park on September 16th.
Nightclub owner, Jim Kilroy has followed the case closely and hopes the arrest brings some closure to his patrons.
"It hurt the business big time. I think when people hear this, its kind of reassuring that someone has been apprehended, people can feel a little bit safer," said Kilroy.

Johnson County Prosecutors have charged a Kansas City, Mo. man with first-degree murder.
Dale Willis, 33, of Kansas City, Mo. was picked up on an arrest warrant out of Overland Park just before 2 p.m. Friday.
Willis remains in the Johnson County, Kan. jail on a $15 million bond.
