A man faces charges after a triple homicide in Kansas City, Kansas.

Wyandotte County District Attorney Mark Dupree, Sr., charged Jason Tucker, 28, with one count of capital murder, one count of attempted capital murder, one count of attempted burglary, and one count of violation of a protection order.

A shooting victim summoned police to a home where three bodies were found Tuesday night.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. near the 1900 block of south Boeke Street.

City police said in a news release that the surviving victim was "struck in the head" and shot in the back late at the home. Officers found two men and one woman who had been shot to death.

They were later identified as Bernadette Gosserand, 47, Jeremy Rocha, 26, and Vincent Rocha, 47. The fourth victim, a man in his 20s, remains in a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
