KANSAS CITY, MO.- - One person managed to survive being run over early Saturday in Kansas City.
A news release from the Kansas City Police Department states the victim was "intentionally and repeatedly run over'' before the suspect left the area.
The victim is in a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The suspect surrendered to police Saturday morning at the East Patrol Division station.
