There are new rules this year at the Kansas City Missouri Health Department for back-to-school immunizations.
Only Kansas City residents qualifying for free shots can actually receive free shots.
If you live outside the Kansas City boundary and surrounding metro cities you will have to pay $10 for the first shot and five dollars for each shot after that.
