Officers were patrolling in the area of 22nd and Quincy when they saw a man riding an ATV at around 3:20 a.m. on Thursday.
When officers approached to ask the man why he was riding an ATV on a city street, the man took off on the ATV and eventually jumped off.
Police pursued on foot and caught him with at least one firearm. He has been taken into custody for questioning. No one was hurt in the incident.
