KANSAS CITY, Mo. --
Police are investigating after a man was shot near Otter and Sni a Bar Rd. Saturday afternoon.
According to police, three black males approached the victim and asked him for a ride. The victim declined and tried to drive away.
Police say one of the suspects shot the victim as he was driving away. The victim wrecked his vehicle and the suspects fled the scene.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No one has been taken into custody at this time.
