Man who robbed a bank escapes KC halfway house

A man who robbed a bank in 2009 has been indicted for escaping a halfway house in Kansas City, Missouri and is still on the loose.

According to court documents. Albert Vincent Perkins was sentenced to 10 years in prison on September 20, 2010 and was moved to a halfway house on January 24, 2017.

He was supposed to be at the halfway house until January 22, 2018, but was reported missing after midnight on February 15.

Perkins was last seen at Arthur Bryant’s BBQ, his place of employment, and picked up a check from his boss around 10:20 a.m.
