Police investigate after body found in Kansas City, Missouri

Kansas City police are investigating after a man’s body was found on Wednesday.

At 11:45 a.m., officers were called to the 1200 block of East 8th Street in regard to a body.

When officers arrived, they found a deceased man on the sidewalk. Witnesses were walking by and found him.

Police said the cause of death is unknown at this time.
