Toni Anderson's mother, Liz Anderson, told 41 Action News Monday night she plans to file a lawsuit in her daughter's death.

Liz Anderson would not say whom she plans to sue.

Friends last saw Toni Anderson in mid-January and searched for weeks trying to find her. Law officers pulled her car and body from the Missouri River in March. Her death was ruled an accidental drowning. Officials say alcohol and cocaine were found in her system.
