For the first time, surveillance video from the She's a Pistol gun shop revealed the moments that ended with the shooting death of the store's co-owner, Jon Bieker.

Becky Bieker, Jon Bieker's wife and the store's co-owner, testified in a Johnson County courtroom on Monday.

She said that she was behind the counter when De'Anthony Wiley, the man prosecutors have charged with first-degree murder, entered the store and asked to see a semi-automatic handgun.

"As soon as they took the firearm they started racking it several times and pulling the trigger, which is not common behavior and it is not considered safe behavior," Becky Bieker testified.

The surveillance video is a series of pictures that were taken every four seconds in the store and then edited together. It showed Becky Bieker on the floor, unconscious after being beaten. Her husband, Jon, came from a back room of the store with a gun and started shooting at the suspects.

Wiley claimed he told Jon Bieker that he wanted to surrender but Bieker kept shooting at him. Wiley claimed he fired back in self defense.

Wiley is paralyzed in a wheelchair. Jon Bieker died in the shooting.

The hearing continues in Johnson County court on Tuesday.
