The City of Overland Park estimates between $23-$25 million worth of damage was caused by the CityPlace fire on March 20.
According to the city, CityPlace experienced an estimated $20 million worth of damage. The 25 homes that were damaged or destroyed by the fire is estimated to cost $3-$5 million.
