UPDATE: Missing OP man found safe in KCMO

UPDATE 2/6: Police say the missing 19-year-old man with autism from Overland Park, Kan. has been found safe in Kansas City, Mo. 

D’Andre Williams was found early Saturday morning.

Overland Park police need the public's help locating a 19-year-old with autism who went missing Friday afternoon.

Officials said D’Andre Williams was last seen about 5 p.m. Friday at his residence in the 9000 block of West 78th Circle.

Williams is described as an African-American male, 5’11” tall and weighs about 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing navy or black pants with a red stripe, red and black shirt and red shoes.

Police said Williams has autism and is non-verbal but will respond to his name. 

A person matching his description was seen walking on 75th Street into Missouri around 5:30 p.m. before he was reported missing.

Anyone who sees Williams is asked to call local law enforcement or the Overland Park Police Department at 913-895-6300.
