They may not have won the $1.6 billion jackpot prize, but several people in Kansas and Missouri won some money from the Powerball drawing.
The winning numbers were 4-8-19-27-34 and Powerball 10.

A total of 190,346 Kansas Lottery tickets won $3,274,686 in prizes in this drawing, according to a news release form the Kansas Lottery.
The Kansas Lottery posted on its website that there are two $1 million Powerball winners in the Jan. 13, 2016 drawing, one in southwest Kansas and one in south central Kansas.
The Kansas Lottery also said there are seven $50,000 Powerball winners in the Jan. 13 drawing.

The Missouri Lottery reported in a news release in all, more than 429,587 ticket holders won a combined $2.8 million Wednesday night. There were 15 $50,000 Powerball winners in Missouri in the Jan. 13 drawing.

The big jackpot winners
There are three winning tickets for the $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot in the Jan. 13 drawing.
One ticket was sold in California, another was sold in Florida and the last was sold in Tennessee.
The Kansas Lottery reported the jackpot that will be split by the three tickets is worth an annuity of $1,586,400,000 or a cash option of $983,505,233.36.
