Missouri native wins silver with USA Men's Archery team

The USA Men’s Archery team won silver on Saturday and Wellington, Missouri native Zach Garrett was one of the players on the medal-winning team.

Garrett, Brady Ellison and Jake Kaminski won the second silver medal for the team in consecutive Olympic games.  But, this will be the first Olympic medal for Garrett.

Team USA beat Indonesia in the quarterfinals and China in the semifinals. But were unable to outshoot South Korea in the finals. South Korea won the gold with the score being 6-0.

Garrett will compete again on August 10 for the individual archery competition.
