Be proactive when it comes to fall allergies

It may not feel like it, but fall is here, and that means fall allergies are here as well.

Sniffling and sneezing are impacting allergy sufferers across the region. Ragweed and mold are two of the main offenders this time of year.

Below are some simple steps we can take to help reduce our allergies: 

  • Wash hands often/shower when coming in from outdoors
  • Limit time outdoors
  • Take medications
  • Clean and replace furnace and air conditioner filters often
  • Keep windows shut in your home
