RECIPE: BBQ Calico Beans

Fergolicious Calico Beans
½ lb            hamburger
½ lb            bacon
½ lb            chopped brisket
½ C            chopped onion
½ C            Ketchup
1 tsp           mustard
½ C            brown sugar
1 T              vinegar
1 can          Pork & Beans
1 can          Kidney Beans
1 can          Lima Beans
Pinch         Fergolicious LUV Rub for flavor

1.                Place chopped onions, chopped bacon and hamburger in pan with some olive oil.  Cook until brown and then drain off fat
2.                Mix in all the other ingredients.  Once they are mixed you can cook them two different ways.
3.                If you don't have a smoker, just place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
4.                If you have a smoker, place them on the pit at 250 degrees for 2-3 hours depending on how much smoke flavor you want.  Preferred woods would be apple, cherry or pecan.
