Frangelico Fizzante
1oz Frangelico
1oz Prosecco
Fresh Lime Juice
In a cockatil glass with ice, fill with Frangelico, Prosecco and a squeeze lime juice to taste, garnish with Lime
Fregola Balsamic
1 ½ oz Hendrix
½ oz Strawberry Puree
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Teaspoon of Balsamic Reduction
In a Shaker add all ingredients over ice, shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry half
Italian Old Fashioned
1 oz Buffalo Trace
½ oz. Cynar
½ oz. Contratto Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Muddle Sugar Cube in Soda water and bitters in a rocks glass, add Buffalo trace, Cynar and Contratto Vermouth, add ice and stir, Garnish with Orange Peel
