Salvadoran Quesadilla
Need: 9 X 11 pan
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds
2 cups of bisquick
2 eggs
2 cups of parmesan cheese
Pam spray
1 ½ cups of milk (can be replaced with heavy cream for a softer texture)
1 ½ cups of sugar
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds
3. Spray the pan with pam spray and makes sure it's fully covered.
4. Sprinkle the pan with bisquick
5. Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan
6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds into the pan. (as much as you desire)
7. Bake for about 35-50 min until fully baked or golden brown.
