The Great Escape! Escape from Alcatraz! Escape from the Planet of the Apes! Escape from College Boulevard in Overland Park?

You bet!

Tick Tock Escape Games has been bringing adventure into people’s lives since January.

You can try to get Beasley’s Billions or solve the Pyramid Paradox before it becomes “your final resting place.”

One of the computer/engineering geniuses behind the scenes, Joe Dix, says it's the technology that sets these rooms apart from other escape experiences.

Tuesday morning we got the chance to look at a room being created. Lots of wires and switches and connections that come together to give groups of usually four or more the chance to work their way out.

There are two sets of identical rooms so, if you wish, you can compete against another group facing the same challenges.

In the Pyramid Paradox room, assuming you put together the right combinations of moves, it feels like Indiana Jones could appear at any moment.

If you and your friends, family, workmates are looking for a way to escape the heat or the political season or anything else, the clock is ticking at Tick Tock Escape Games.
