With the end of school around the corner, parents are starting to think about summer activities for the kids.
B.J. Murray from Camp Wood YMCA in Elmdale, Kansas, explains that parents should consider the mission of a particular camp.
Camp Wood is an overnight week-long camp with typical camp activities for kids from seven to 17 years old.
It’s also offering a couple of family camps through the summertime.
Camp Wood is hosting an open house and centennial celebration on Saturday, May 7th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
