Newsome’s Super Bowl Nachos
2 lbs ground beef, or ground turkey
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
2 cups vegetable medley salad
‘Slap Ya Mama’ seasoning
Nature’s Seasons seasoning
- Sauté ground beef or turkey, seasoning with ‘Slap Ya Mama’ and Nature’s Seasons. Drain excess fluid.
- Layer the meat, cheese, salad and salsa on a platter.
- Line the perimeter of the platter with preferred tortilla chips.
