Samsung customers are not happy with how the company is choosing to repair its recalled washers.

Many of them answer the door to find the repair man is actually a Dish Network technician.

Samsung recently recalled 34 models of its top-load washing machines after complaints that the tops to the washers were detaching from the washing machine chassis. Nine injuries have been reported, including a broken jaw.

Customers had two options: They could receive a rebate, or they could have the washer repaired.

Hundreds of complaints have poured in from customers who chose the repair option.

A woman from Washington writes, "All our dark clothes come out dirty with smudges and huge gobs of lint! Also had a DISH man come out to give us the fix. Now the bedding cycle does not work and everything is totally wet!"

Another person writes, "The repair folks who came to fix the recall problem were from Dish Network! I can not wash my bedding properly."

Last month, a class action lawsuit was filed against Samsung by a man from Oklahoma who claims he made three appointments with the company for someone to come fix his washer, but Samsung canceled on all three occasions.

A Samsung spokesperson issued the following statement to 41 Action News:

Our network of service providers are trained to perform the repair, and allow us to reach consumers as quickly as possible after a repair is scheduled. They have been selected for several reasons, including their ability to support consumers around the country with high rates of consumer satisfaction.
