KANSAS CITY, Mo. — More than 100 cars lined the AdventHealth Shawnee Mission campus Saturday night in a show of support for those who are fighting against COVID-19.
At the Heroes Drive-In event, people found a parking spot, turned on hazard lights and said a prayer for patients and health care workers.
Health care workers watched the event from inside the facility.
An AdventHealth spokeswoman told 41 Action News the event had an “amazing” turnout.
