KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Clinton High School has canceled upcoming athletic events against Pleasant Hill because of COVID-19 concerns.
On its Facebook page, the school said it had canceled Friday’s home football game vs. Pleasant Hill and Monday’s junior varsity football game at Pleasant Hill.
The school also canceled a soccer game Tuesday at Pleasant Hill and games in the Bolivar Tournament, which were scheduled for Sept. 24-26.
The school did not elaborate on the reason for the cancellations, citing only coronavirus-related concerns.
