Lucas' order states, “all employees or visitors to any indoor public accommodation must properly wear a face covering or mask.”
The department said the U-Haul location will be closed until “further written notice.”
Under the order, the U-Haul location cannot appeal the decision by the department.
Lucas' order has been in effect since March 12, and last week he extended it until January of 2021.
