KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Rumors of all kinds have reached a fever pitch during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Kansas City, Kansas, police want those rumormongers to know they aren't happy with bad information.

According to KCK police, a rumor is going around that the Kansas National Guard is going to impose Martial Law.

That's not happening, police said.

The troops are helping to distribute medical supplies.
