KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A day after Missouri surpassed 200,000 COVID-19 cases, Missouri Gov. Mike Parson is providing an update on the state's response to the virus.
On Wednesday, the state reported 3,328 new cases, bringing the total to 202,875.
It also reported 44 new COVID-19 related deaths, bringing that total to 3,242.
It is the governor's first briefing after winning the gubernatorial election earlier in the week.
