KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Missouri Gov. Mike Parson is giving his daily update on COVID-19.
New data released by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services showed the number of cases in the state had risen to 1,847 as of Thursday afternoon.
There are 605 cases in the greater Kansas City area.
