KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is investigating a shooting that left two men dead and another injured Sunday afternoon at an apartment complex.
At 12:45 p.m., KCPD officers were dispatched to the apartment complex in the 2000 block of Wheeling Avenue regarding the sound of gunshots.
