2 people reportedly shot Wednesday afternoon in east Kansas City, Missouri

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police in Kansas City, Missouri, are investigating what led to a double shooting Wednesday afternoon at East 35th Street and Park Avenue.

The victims, whose conditions were not available, were found about 3:35 p.m.

Two ambulances were sent to the scene and at least one took a victim to a hospital.

No word on the second victim.
