EARLIER | Independence police are asking for the public’s help to locate a person of interest in connection to a homicide that occurred Saturday.
Police are searching for Isaiah M. Lopez, 19, following a fatal shooting in the 3300 block of South Oxford Avenue, where one man died.
Lopez, of Independence is 5’8” and weighs 115 pounds.
