UPDATE, 4 p.m., Dec. 22 | Kansas City, Kansas, police have identified the man as 34-year-old Robert L. Taylor, of Kansas City, Kansas.
EARLIER |Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a Sunday evening homicide.
According to police, officers were called to the 2300 block of Grandview Boulevard, where they found a woman shot in a driveway.
When they entered the home, they found a man inside, dead.
The woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The Major Case Unit is investigating the incident.
