KCPD asking for help to identify person of interest in homicide case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is asking for help to identify a person of interest in the killing of 65-year-old Lawrence Jordan on Aug 23.

Police said the man has been seen frequently near East 27th Street between Benton Boulevard and Indiana Avenue.

The department is offering a $25,000 award for anyone who has any information.

Anyone with information on the man or the homicide should call 816-474-TIPS (8477).
