Police have cited a man for disorderly conduct after he allegedly punched the windshield of an off-duty police officer’s car Thursday.
Authorities say the man became enraged following a road rage incident and got out of his car and approached the off-duty officer’s car.
The suspect then punched the windshield and fled the scene.
Police later located the suspect and cited him for disorderly conduct.
