KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man was found dead in a car at 30th and Park overnight.
Police said someone saw the man in the car and called 911 to ask police to check on him.
Officers arrived on the scene around 5 a.m. and determined the man, who was identified Saturday as Leron R. Walls, 33, had been shot.
EMS personnel pronounced him dead on the scene.
KCPD said Friday morning it had no information about a possible suspect, but crime scene investigators were continuing to process the scene in hopes of finding out what led to the shooting.
