KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man, identified as 55-year-old Harvey E. Long, was shot and killed Tuesday night in Kansas City, Missouri.
The shooting happened about 6 p.m. near East 44th Street and Garfield Avenue.
There's no word on what led to the deadly violence.
Police are looking for a light blue Hyundai seen leaving the scene.
This was the 116th homicide of the year in KCMO compared to 132 at this time last year.
