Police: Flare gun shot into Overland Park homes

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Police are on the look-out for someone that’s been shooting a flare gun into several Overland Park homes.
Authorities were called just before 10 p.m. Thursday to the 10200 block of 81st Terrace on reports that someone was firing into homes.
No injuries were reported, though Overland Park Firefighters had to put out a small fire created by one of the flares.
Police obtained surveillance pictures from a nearby store of two individuals that might have more information about the incidents.
