KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Santa’s sleigh isn’t supposed to go on any rides in August.
Merriam, Kansas Police say they are looking for a suspect that took off Tuesday morning with a trailer in the 5600 block of Merriam Drive.
Inside the trailer was a sleigh used by a local businessman who rides the sleigh at each year’s Merriam tree-lighting ceremony.
The good news is that while the trailer is still missing, the suspect dumped the sleigh and it was found at Metropolitan and 18th in Kansas City, Kansas.
