Gunfire wounded one man following an argument at a large Fourth of July block party in Kansas City, Kansas.
Authorities said the shooting occurred near North 22nd Street and Lathrop Avenue around 8:20 p.m. Monday night.
According to officials, there were more than a hundred people at the block party.
Police Chief Terry Zeigler said in a tweet that the shooting victim was not helping police. His injuries are non-life threatening.
