KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Lee's Summit, Missouri, police said they arrested a 16-year-old in connection to a shooting at Landmark Skate Center that happened last week.

The suspect, who is from Kansas City, Missouri, was charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action, a spokeswoman for Jackson County Circuit Court said. He is being held in the Juvenile Detention Center.
